Thoughts on 13th

by | December 11, 2010

These past couple of weeks have been absolutely crazy (in a good way =). So many things have been packed into them that it feels like months have passed when in reality…it’s only been a couple of weeks. Right now I’m in Indy spending time with family and friends at the IBLP staff Christmas conference. Last night we went skating and today, we head over to South Campus. For the next couple of weeks I will be helping out in the Publications department as we prepare for the annual inventory count (for sure, fun times ahead =). I am also currently working with a guy who does construction in our area and am really enjoying it and looking forward to learning more in this area.
Life has been busy and I am thankful that God has allowed it to be so. I couldn’t imagine life if it weren’t. I am thankful for the work that God has laid before me, for family and friends and for this time of year that focuses on the one thing that we should be most grateful for. I love Christmas. I love the snow (but not neccesarily the cold that goes with it =). I am so grateful that God didn’t leave us to ourselves but has provided a way through His Son, Jesus Christ, that we can now have fellowship with Him. God bless your weekend and hope you are enjoying it as much as I am.

(I really didn’t know what to title this post, but I am currently on the 13th floor of the ITC, so I thought it would work).

The following are some pictures that I took in Chi town about a week ago. I am hoping to post some of our trip to Oklahoma…maybe. =)

“And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face for ever. Blessed be the LORD God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen.”
Psalm 41:12, 13
