Tennessee

After not being together as a family since Christmas, our reunion in Tennessee will not be soon forgotten. We have been anticipating this time for quite awhile. As people say, “You don’t appreciate something until it’s taken away.” We have all definitely developed a new level of appreciation for each in the family. Our times together simply go by too fast.
Once the the Nashville ATI Regional conference had ended, we all reunited in Clinton, TN. It was a great day for sure! Our short week was filled with fun. We had the wonderful opportunity of visiting with the Bates Family, who have been a wonderful encouragement to us. Both families combined equaled an amazing, adventuresome, fun-filled time….PLUS some!
One of the highlights in the activities that we did was a train ride through the beautiful countryside of TN. The pictures don’t do it justice…LOL. It was simply amazing….I loved it.
Our time ended all too soon. And I found myself driving back to Chicago only to get back on the road and head for the Northwoods. I guess I can’t ask for a more beautiful array God’s creation between the foothills of the Smokey’s to wilderness of the Upper Peninsula. I am truly blessed. God is so good.
I hope to write more about my time up here in the Northwoods, but it’s going to have to wait.
Be blessed,

~ Chad
